We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a period of 6 months. Under the supervision of our Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, screening and supporting potential candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
 
MISSIONS 
 
RECRUITMENT

• Redacting and posting job offers on the relevant job board.
• Advise managers in defining job descriptions and titles.
• Approaching candidates: selection, screening and appointment setting.
• Conduct interviews.
• Drafting interview summaries.
• Follow-up of the candidate throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and keep up on recruitment processes and stages.

 
CAMPUS RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Manage and develop school liaison.
• Managing recruitment campaigns for interns and work-study students in France and abroad.
• Working closely with Marketing teams to enhance employer branding awareness among students.

 
ONBOARDING

• Participate in the onboarding of new employees; contract preparation, declarations, pre-boarding and onboarding.

 
PROJECTS 

• Support HR team on the current projects ongoing: HRIS, performance campaigns, training, etc…

 REQUIREMENTS
 

• You have a master’s degree in human resources or specialised in recruitment.
• You have at least 2 years of successful experience in recruitment.
• You have a perfect command of French and English.
• You have good organisational skills, you are curious, rigorous and reactive. 
• You like working in a team.
