Job description

You will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the global marketing and communication strategy, in line with our growth objectives. This position is based in one of our offices in France, Spain, Italy, or the UK, and you will report directly to our CEO. You will have two profiles in your team at the beginning: 1 graphic designer, 1 growth manager.


Strategic Missions

- Define and deploy our communication strategy (social media strategy, content marketing, local PR activities)

- Define and deploy, in collaboration with our Growth Manager, our lead generation strategy (Website, email marketing, paid search, webinar, display...)

- In collaboration with our COO, create marketing materials to support the business teams (CRM dashboards, sales decks, high potential proposals...)

- Establish processes for the marketing teams and their activities

- Define and deploy tools to improve the efficiency of the marketing teams

- Define metrics to measure the ROI and success of the marketing strategy

- Define the recruitment strategy, recruit, train and manage the marketing team

- Identify new acquisition and communication levers, and keep up to date / share news on our market

Operational Missions

Lead Generation

  • Optimise our website and its content to improve lead generation
  • Ensure the SEO optimisation of our website
  • Manage paid search and PPC activities

Marketing and sales support

  • Sales deck and publishers deck for client meetings
  • Corporate presentation of getfluence
  • Sales presentation for our clients' campaigns
  • Presentations for professional events
  • Industry presentations, market studies and case studies

PR & communication

  • Manage the social networks and our other internet profiles
  • Establish an editorial calendar for our social networks
  • Monitor the performance of our social networks and optimise
  • Manage all PR activities to maximise getfluence's visibility
  • Produce and deploy content marketing campaigns

Analyze KPIs and marketing metrics before sending weekly reports to the CEO

HR & recruitment

  • Recruitment of new team members (create job description, conduct interviews, onboard new hires)
  • Manage the team by defining training plans, career evolutions for the marketing team

Prepare and conduct competitive and marketing benchmark meetings every month with CEO



  • You have at least 5 years experience in a similar position, in an international BtoB company and in a fast growing context
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, growth and communication
  • Excellent manager, you can manage a team and several projects at the same time
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
