Directly related with the Sales team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) has a goal mission to generate a maximum number of leads for the Account Executive, by qualifying and evaluating prospects and their potential. Your main main missions are:
MISSIONS
Identify new prospects and develop lead generation of new business using our CRM tool (Hubspot) with frequent updates
Identify relevant outbound (50%) and inbound and existing accounts (50%) prospects
Use all available channels to contact targets: e-mail, telephone, social networks, trade show presence, etc
Qualify leads: identify needs, present the company and product/service, respond to objections, give demos, etc
Pre-qualify appointments and provide Sales with excellent information to advance your colleagues in the sales cycle
Ensure reporting by applying the highest level of rigor in our CRM and communicating with our Sales Director
Monitor and analyze your development with KPIs and draw up action plans to achieve your objectives
Participate actively into the improvement of our prospecting processes and make proposals to optimize conversion
REQUIREMENTS
You have a Bac+2 or Bac+3 or higher (IUT, BTS, Licence or Master) and are looking for a permanent position in a start-up environment
You have one or 2 first experience in a sales role or SDR related to prospecting and would like to progress in this field
You've already worked with a CRM tool, are familiar with its operation (hubspot / Pipedrive type or other) and are able to make suggestions on the subject
You are results-oriented, have good interpersonal skills, and demonstrate perseverance and rigour
You want to participate in the development of a meaningful product
You love engaging with new people and like to get cold calling session

Native French is required for this position as well as professional english
