Job description


Under the responsibility of the Chief Human Resources Officer, with an international scope, you will play an advisory and consultancy role covering a wide range of HR areas to drive HR department strategy on an operational level. Some of the missions are listed below:   


  • Manage the various HRIS in France, Spain, Italy and UK: Payfit, Factorial & Remote
  • Processing of French payroll inputs on Payfit and ensuring the timely and accurate management of international payroll cycles with external agencies 
  • Collection of variable elements: transport, healthcare, expenses, luncheon vouchers
  • Manage payroll inputs related to base pay, disability, leaves, working time change, contractual changes, onboarding and offboarding
  • Control of all monthly payroll cycles and payslips 
  • Ensure proper processing of french declarations: DPAE, DSN …
  • Update and maintain payroll process and shared documents related to people flow


  • Co-design strategy for training with CHRO
  • Prepare skills mapping
  • Follow-up of the training actions


  • Ensure response to employee queries in a timely manner
  • Processing hirings and departures on the administrative side 
  • Update and maintain HR/employee files accordingly
  • Manage healthcare affiliation and medical exams in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the affiliation to our interviews and assessments policy
  • Handle employee’s tools accounts creation and deletion 
  • Support recruitment needs
  • Processing funding applications related to training and apprenticeships with our OPCO


  • Provide legal analysis to CHRO
  • Draft employment-related documents: contracts, addendums, offer letters, end of employment
  • Handle social and disciplinary procedures and redact documents accordingly
  • Draft company committee-related documents: agenda, invitation, collective agreements
  • Process visa applications and work authorizations 



You are ideally/have :

  • 3 years experience in Human resources
  • You have previously worked in a fast-paced, growing international company
  • You have graduated in an HR or related field
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French labour law, SYNTEC would be a plus
  • You have experience in dealing with French payroll
  • You have a customer service mindset and positive attitude
  • You are fluent in French and in English
  • You are accurate and detail-oriented
