As part of our growth strategy, we are recruiting a Business Developer to strengthen our French sales team, based in Paris or Toulouse.

Your missions:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop a client portfolio composed of marketing managers, acquisition managers, and SEO managers in agencies or advertisers.

  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline aligned with targeted business opportunities.

  • Manage and qualify incoming leads with rigorous follow-up until closing.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from product demonstration to the delivery of initial campaigns.

  • Propose customized strategies to maximize the visibility and impact of client campaigns.

  • Create and present impactful sales materials to communicate with clarity and efficiency.

  • Use a CRM (Hubspot) to centralize and track your sales activities with precise reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to tailor offers and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Actively participate in professional events and sectoral marketing initiatives.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual with solid experience in business development.

Other qualifications:

  • Proven first experience in a B2B sales development role, preferably related to digital advertising or content marketing.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and SEO mechanisms.

  • Essential proficiency in Office/G-suite tools.

  • Experience using CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (a professional-level test will be conducted).

  • Ability to interact with expert profiles: marketing directors, SEO agency managers, and web marketing decision-makers.

  • Initiative, curiosity, and a strong interest in the digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Creativity and autonomy in designing and executing commercial action plans.
