Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, well organised and ROI-driven international 

growth manager that fits in our office in Paris (France), Toulouse (France) or Madrid (Spain) to drive business growth through marketing campaigns and actions.


The growth manager will play a key role in business development at Getfluence on a daily basis.


You ensure the smooth running of our growth operations and the scale of our lead generation in our markets (mainly France, Spain, Italy, UK and soon, USA).


As growth manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and will work on the following challenges:

  • Develop a test-and-learn approach and roll out new growth experiments, monthly, whether in-house or with agencies.
  • Scale our lead gen and feed all the sales on our key markets.
  • Monitor all KPIs, analyze results and optimize campaigns with an ROI-driven mindset.



  • Manage all lead generation campaigns in line with marketing objectives and market needs.
  • Run growth experiments (landing page optimization, email marketing, AB testing, new acquisition levers…) to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Use a growth framework to carefully plan actions and analyse results. 
  • Launch CRM and lead nurturing programs to generate cross/up sell and increase retention.
  • Challenge existing sales automation workflows and sequences.
  • Manage directly Google Ads campaigns.
  • Analyse product automated emails and find improvements to be tested (onboarding, cancelled basket…).
  • Review the current referral/affiliate program and identify optimizations to create a new acquisition funnel.
  • Promote referral programs to existing customers.
  • Localise peak-time campaigns on a country-specific level when appropriate.
  • Create and animate the Getfluencers’ community: you will build, develop and federate an awesome community of Getfluence power users. Liaise with product & communication team to see how to make them ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with communication manager to create Account Based Marketing programs for highly valuable customers segments: VIP events, dedicated industry webinars, training…
  • Work in collaboration with Sales Directors to support their activities (peak times, promotions…).
  • Optimise acquisition budget spent & ROI.

  • Master’s degree or business school in digital marketing.
  • Good level of English (you will be joining an international team).
  • Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Hubspot & outreach automation tools is a plus.
  • Great copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Perform activities respecting due dates and timing.




  • You have 4+ years of experience in growth marketing/acquisition.
  • At least one significant experience as a Growth in a B2B startup or scale-up, ideally two.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • You like to get your hands on tools to try new experiments.
  • You are passionate about your work and want to have an impact on business globally.
  • Teamwork attitude.
  • Well-organised and enthusiastic to learn.
  • Persevering and pragmatic mindset: you keep a close eye on KPI.
